2009 Tour of Romandie Results – Prologue

Team Columbia-Highroad’s Frantisek Rabon has taken a narrow victory in the 3.1km prologue of the Tour of Romandie in Switzerland. Rabon took the prologue ahead of prologue favourites team mate mark Cavendish and Fabio Cancellara.

Sandy Casar finished 2 seconds back and Alejandro Valverde was  at 3 seconds.

25 year old Rabon is the Czech National time trial Champion, this is his second prologue win of the year after the prologhue at Vuelta a Murcia.
