		<description><![CDATA[Ditto the comments on the frosty boy, I live in SE Victoria and the only time I can wear the Frosty Boy is on frosty + foggy days when the temperature hovers below 4 celcius all morning.  I wear it skiing and walking now as it really is too hot for cycling most of the time.]]></description>
