Registrations for cyclists are now open for the Ride to Recovery, a week long charity ride through the Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale and Great Ocean Road to Melbourne in April next year.
Ride for Recovery aids both the Leukaemia Foundation of Australia and the Myeloma Foundation of Australia by raising funds and awareness of blood cancers across Australia. The ride is open to any cyclists over the age of 18 and departs from Adelaide on Monday, 21 April 2014, arriving in Melbourne on Sunday, 27 April 2014.
The Leukaemia Foundation is dedicated to the care and cure of patients and families living with leukaemias, lymphomas, myeloma and related blood disorders and the Myeloma Foundation facilitates myeloma research in Australia and provides support for those living with the disease and educate those involved in its care and treatment.
