HI, thought you might like to see a review I wrote for you and pass on to your Manager:
“Poor customer service. When I delivered my bike I asked for a service and for my bike to be cleaned. The bike was picked up today still filthy dirty (it had been unused for a year and gathering dust). I was told they generally don’t do cleans; why couldn’t this have been communicated when I dropped the bike off? I said I would have been happy to pay a little more than the $56 charged and got a pretty lacklustre response (see above: “We generally don’t do cleans”). I’m sure what they have done is acceptable but they definitely didn’t go above and beyond – or anywhere near that for that matter – and lacked a professional attitude”.
I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in future to a shop where I get a better response.
