Thanks so much guys for your generosity. Fingers crossed i get the bike back ready to go after 4pm thisarvo. If the wheel is still a drama i may take you up JV911!

Bike is back and looking good! Hopefully the weather gods relent as i am mad keen to make up for the break!

I have to say, i felt fantastic on the bike today, much to my surprise. Didn't feel i'd lost any aerobic fitness or strength. And the bike felt beautiful on top of that.

good to hear!

sometimes a few days off will work wonders. went for a ride on wed and felt flat. thurs & fri no riding or gym. went for a ride this morning and felt fantastic! so good in fact that i went back out this arvo :)

50 & 30 KM

best 50 yet despite hillier terrain, changing winds and minimal slip-straming. actually out-rode my training partner for the 1st time too

i hope tomorrow is just as good...i feel on top of the world right now :D

I did 60kms yesterday and about 95kms today. Today was great too. Bit tired now though, might get a sleep in this arvo.
