I'm knacked

I'm knackedTodays training ride really took it out of me. 120k all up, riding the hills thru Royal National Park (RNP), chasing guys 15 20 years younger than me.
BUT, it really showed me how much cycling fitness I've lost over the last month while being up and down the country on holidays and work. Also got my second flat tyre of the year. If the R1 rule is broken, what happens to N+1?
Re: I'm knacked
I propose that we weigh their bikes down by a formula where weight=f(age). Bianchi, Ridley, Montague, GT, Garmin and All things Apple
sogood wouldn't like the 1kg handicap, that means he needs to give me 3kg ha ha.
Also I'd have to give Eurgen 10kg and he won the tour of Switzland in 1977 ouch! Intresting to note that one of the youngies was 8kg heavier than me and pretty much matched me up the 4.2k hill. No more christmas cake for me and that glass now as water in it. Thinking about entering a vetran race at Eastern Creek Dragway tomorrow morning. If the R1 rule is broken, what happens to N+1?
Not good, but I would bear the pain given that the Jameses in our club would have to give us up to 20kg... Just don't being Al in, or we'll all be screwed! Bianchi, Ridley, Montague, GT, Garmin and All things Apple
First real day back at work today and I had to carry a super heavy bag in so thats my handicap for today.
Drop by the track tonight if your not busy, I'll be there. PS, congratulations for Sogood in making it all the way to Waterfall with the fast bunch on Sunday. If the R1 rule is broken, what happens to N+1?
Thanks Mike for all your encouragements since I returned to cycling. Yes, I was very happy to hit that goal. Of course, my next goal is already waiting in line...
Yet again, I wondered how much my war wheelset helped yesterday with a cut of close to 1/2kg. I'll switch back to my regular training wheelset this Sunday and see what happens. Will have to see about this evening. School starts tomorrow and lady of the house is out on a work trip... Bianchi, Ridley, Montague, GT, Garmin and All things Apple
They are hanging on the rack, it's still your if you want them for your Beast. I'll put them in the car next Sun if you have the means to carry them home. Bianchi, Ridley, Montague, GT, Garmin and All things Apple
Thanks sogood. See you Sunday.
Soon I'll have no excuse for riding the beast out to Waterfall... If the R1 rule is broken, what happens to N+1?
I didn't break the wheel trying to get the rear cluster, I broke the vice. The wheel is still good, once I have a new vice I can try again. I've also been given another wheel, which has been built oval, need to loosen off all the spokes and correct. Needs a wheel jig to do it in. If the R1 rule is broken, what happens to N+1?
Thats James C with the teeth showing. Hes the guy who road the uni cycle in spring cycle and he was first equal to Wollongong this year and then he road back.
The guy with Cell shirt on works at Cellbikes. If the R1 rule is broken, what happens to N+1?
Him and the guy in cell clothing race in B grade. The guy in front and myself race in C grade. Not sure about the other guy.
If the R1 rule is broken, what happens to N+1?
