Your body is still growing untill you reach 30 at which point you start to age, but of course like all things the aging process can be drastically slowed with exercise and healthy eating and general care of your body. Things that this can have an effect on are physical apearance, organ function, and unless you drastically hurt yourself in your younger years your limb function will be relatively similar only with slower reaction times every year but from memory its only like 0.05% per year. I know alot about this subject from doing my own research for 1 being a total fitness nut and 2 getting old scares the living hell outta me haha.
