I've started a training log on Cycle2Max. You have to register to use the site and I'm not sure how, but it should be visible to others. I've only put my riding in so far - the food stuff might be a good idea as well. I still like my paper diary!

Here's a link to my training diary. I haven't worked out how the Food Diary section works yet - it doesn't seem to want to let me select any foods from its lists.
