spinervals dvd

Has anyone used the spinervals dvd's I was looking at getting one but a bit unsure as to if it would be worth the money or not

If you have used them which ones ???

Don't know about spinervals, but I got a dvd with my trainer, interesting to watch in terms of interval training technique but I am unable to stay on the trainer for more than 5-10mins so I don't use it!

I have a Spinnervales Base Builder DVD and you are welcome to it for a while to see if you like it or not.

I found the Spinning on a Trainer is either better done witha programme written by a coach or in a group at the local cycling club if they do one. The Spinnervals have these weird spins that you do that don't realy seem to go anywhere or do anything for you.
