maybe post up in the W.A section! Most local shops have training rides start there. Ring around your area and ask.

If your in bentley, I would recommend South Perth Rouleurs ( SPR ) . They start (AT) Coode street carpark every Saturday for their social rides (AT) 0700 am.

They cater for alot of levels, from developmental to fast, and has training rides throughout the whole week. Drop the President a notice via an email before joining.
