maybe a silly question but what is the diff between and S-Works frame and a Specialized frame of the same designation?

Other than stickers and price tag?

It would probably be different carbon weaves, layering and the moulding process.

Marketing wise S-works is to Specialized what HSV is to Holden, Specialized slap 'S-works' on their best stuff.

my words exactly - literally !!

although its more like McClaren Mercedes to vanilla Merc or M-Series / BMW...
