how to remove a frozen pedals??I'm trying to change to clipless pedals but the flat one just stuck on crank...any tips???

the left (non-drive) side has a reverse thread, so turn it clockwise to undo
Re: how to remove a frozen pedals??Get some freezing spray. I use Wurth Rost OFF ICE but I think WD40 do one now. Make sure you are turning the right way. Lean on it HARD.
