Riding at Criterium Circuits during the week

Hi,

I was wondering whether criterium courses, such as the one (AT) Sandown Racecourse, Casey Fields, METEC Course are open during the week for people to ride them.

I'm asking because I would rather do my hard intervals in closed circuits than out on the road

I think you can ride at casey fields anyday as long as there is no club using it, I'm sure I read somewhere about what days it is used.

heaps use Casey Filds all the time. I don't reckon that the fcilities are used all the times listed on the link by ratter. Bill Upton runs SMCC and Sunday mornings is the only time out of those that they consistantly raced on (sometimes Thursday Arvo's).

Sandown I'm not too sure about as it's a lock-up type facility which is also used for heaps of other events.

Never been to METEC.
