1st Sydney Group Ride - Where From?

I land from the UK on Wed and want to do a group ride on Sat. I've heard there's almost limitless options for weekend group rides, but where and when do they meet and which ones are fast, steady or slow?

I'll be based in Neutral Bay so it'd also be handy to know the easiest rides to get to from there.
