There is definitely an untapped market here. No Canberra Tour probably makes Bright more popular this year.

But the lack of availability of good road racing for non-elite riders who are sick of doing 15 laps of Heffron, Murrarie or Sandown, is pretty shameful...

There are a few other popular open road races in NSW area such as Bathurst to Blayney, Cootamundra and Wagga.

Canberra is only 3 hour drive from Sydney, we have club level road races pretty much every weekend, year round. All grades from A-E (down to F-G in Vets club) are catered for as well as tandems and AWD.

Lucky enough to get a spot also. Just in the process of getting some accommodation and as most seems to be a least two bedders was wondering if anyone wants to go halves in a room? Or maybe someone has already booked something and has a spare bed and wants to split the bill??

Usually I'd go and camp it, but having to back up on sunday I don't think that'll help the recovery process much.
