shim 105 sram rival or campagnolo centaur groupset

is there any good bikes with these groupsets for 1500 and under

Not really for $1500. At that price point, you really only get a partial group set.

ie: 105 shifters and derailleurs. Cassette and Crank will be a spec or two down. Usually some no-name brakes.

Full 105 is doable. Try giants, at the very least the likes of cell, reid and hasa will give you full 105 well under that price.

In my experience Rival chain rings don't pick up the chain very well and wear as a result. a lower specked bike running apex and an FSA crankset will out perfom Rival. the main difference between Apex and Rival apears to be the cool looking carbon brake levers you get with rival. I have 2 bikes set up with these alterative groupsets and the apex FSA Gossamer is far sweeter.
