100km Road Race - nutrition tips

Congrats on the bump :-).
Sounds like a bit much just before a 3 hour race to me, depends if you feel 2x20 (AT) 95% in the legs 2 days later I suppose.
Not sure how hot it is in oz but 2 bidons should get you through 120kms ok ( depends how much climbing ). A couple of gels might be better than lollies.
