If you get up over 500 watts for the last minute then you are at a pretty good level ( if you body mass is also in a good range ).

What do you mean by pretty good level?

These builds might not even get you on the wing in a modern footy team. I think Alfie Langer was 72kgs at 5' 8" or something short. In fact, I know plenty of guys who weigh 90kgs at 6' tall who don't even look that solid.

Cyclists are NOT big guys if they are on the road. Ever. Track sprinter, different story - but if you need to drag yourself down the road for 200km before your sprint, you ain't big for long.

Over 500w at 75kgs... You would be pretty happy in A I would think.
There's a few counters you can download to give it a go... 25w ramp per minute.

What about B and C levels? What last minute watts for those levels on average?

Don't worry about watts, just worry about going against them. Do C grade, if you win easily, go B grade, if you win easily, go A grade, etc.

It's like Coogan's charts ... they are just a guide and don't mean a lot in the real world. You will know where you are by pinning on a number.
What does mean something is having a couple of tests that are easy to duplicate once a month or 6 weeks so you can see if your numbers are improving. If that is a MAP test one day and a 20km TT the next, then fine. What matters is they can be easily compared against each other.

Not when you like food like I do. Have hovered at 90 for quite some time. I'd love to drop 6-8kg but my food love hampers this hahahaha.
