That drop hasn't happened all that quickly. I'm aiming to be 30.0 by 1/1/08 - I just have to be disciplined.mikesbytes wrote:Thats a huge drop, mate your moving in the fast lane.pugsly wrote:Bah, try 44.6 I was 49.8 when I decided to do something about it.
Not something I'm proud of, and I have a long journey ahead of me.

If the R-1 rule is broken, what happens to N+1?

So that explains why I lost a kilo in a week, not just inaccurate measurement.tuco wrote:Human body fat I believe it's about 3500 cal / kilomikesbytes wrote:How many calories in a kilo of fat ?
Eating 500 cal less a day or burning 500 cal extra a day should lose you a kilo a week.
Could be wrong but.
I cut back from my usual intake of 3,000 - 4,000 per day to around 2,500 (estimated not counted). My body hurts, its not recovering quickly enough.
Brown fat, or white fat. I know nothing on this topic, will read the links. Thanks sogood.

It'll be right if you're consuming 550 cal less and using 550 cal more in exercise.
