Wonder if the have fixed the cheating that happened on biggest looser last time, where they did water loading. I've got stuff on ebay
Lemme see. For dinner, while watching the cricket
No desert **insert pious smilie** But I guess I should be honest and mention the red 'chateau cardboard' lubricant, all three glasses of it (see, there's an honest reason for my weight and it ain't a lack of effort). Richard
Whole meal pasta and a home made tomato-y pasta sauce I whipped up and cooked in a slow cooker. Lotsa veg, little bit of mince and enjoyed with a glass of red and a couple of slices of wholemeal bread. Turned out pretty well I thought.
What's your drop of choice Richard? There's plenty of chateau de cardboard out there. As for chocolate - we have some in the house, but I make my wife hide it and only break rations out when I *really* need it.
Kaiser Stuhl Soft Dry Red - you get it in the 5l boxes Yeah, there are times where you need one or two in quick succession to appreciate it And yes, I do like a good wine, and a good beer (Coopers forever) and I'm fussy about how they pour my Guinness ... but for 364 days of the year, all I can afford is paint stripper. Richard
Just had a BBQ with some friends at home...scotch fillet steak, chilli beef skinless sausages, chicken sausages and mountains of salad. Managed to convince myself it was vital protein for muscle repair
I'll ignore the pavlova (sp??) that I also managed to eat. Our friends brought it around so it would have been rude to refuse! All washed down with Vodka and RedBull which is as low carb as you can get I believe. (I ignore the fact that one is slowing your heart and the other is speeding it up! I don't do it often so I can forgive myself! Cheers, Gary
Breakfast.
2 weetbix with a banana, peach, yoguart, lite milk and protein powder 1 toast with peanut butter 1 toast with vegemite Coffee I've got stuff on ebay
Well I'm battling some foul pestilence that has invaded my respiratory tract so I had to force myself to eat last night - managed half a bowl of pasta with bacon, cream and mushroom sauce, lovingly prepared by hubby.
This morning, a caffe latte and a shortbread biscuit. Absolutely no interest in food.
Breakfast - my usual:
2 x slices low GI 9-grain toast with Nutella...yummy. Nutella is fantastic - not only is it low GI and has good oils in it, you feel like you are eating chocolate too We've had an influx of mangoes though so the next few days will be mango smoothies with honey, yoghurt and wheatgerm. I love the summer fruits. Moo...
