Triathlon suit

Hi i am new to triathlons and was wondering do you use the tri suit for all three, run, swim ,ride and leave it on for the whole race :?

Yes and yes. Not like there's change rooms in transition..... :)
What is it with cycling? 30+ kmh and lycra???!!!

Yes, though you might wear a wetsuit over the trisuit for the swim leg if it's cold.
