Poor sogood, I think I nearly killed him. Please congratulate Sogood on completing is first Royal National Park ride last Sunday. Those hills are no mean feat !!!!!

Nah its chinese new year, so no time for sogood to do his postings.

Not quite dead yet and a big thanks for the support all along the way.

It was a great experience and that last climb really was a killer. After not having to touch that granny ring for two months, I made good use of it alright. But I think I'll be back soon to make my quads bulge more. 5:40am starts might be needed for me in future until I can pick up more speed. :roll:
