Poor sogood, I think I nearly killed him. Please congratulate Sogood on completing is first Royal National Park ride last Sunday. Those hills are no mean feat !!!!!

Not quite dead yet and a big thanks for the support all along the way.

It was a great experience and that last climb really was a killer. After not having to touch that granny ring for two months, I made good use of it alright. But I think I'll be back soon to make my quads bulge more. 5:40am starts might be needed for me in future until I can pick up more speed.
