Just had an old lady park this outside our shop.
It took her 5 minutes to lock it up.
The chain goes through the front wheel twice, the top bar twice (lowest top bar I've ever seen), the chain rings and both back wheels.
Theres also a second lock and cable going through both back wheels.
I left the picture is a little bigger so the detail can be seen.
If you look closely (especially the frame and front mud guard) you see her initials are written on every individual part.

Well, that's fair enough, I'd pinch it ... um ... no I wouldn't

There is a lot of fear in our elderly community. Not all of it is justified and this story makes me a little sad.

Did she lock down the package in the basket?

She has a chain thru all 3 wheels and a cable thru the rear wheels, but it doesn't seem to be secured to anything, so it could be picked up and put in the back of a van.
