On today's ride I had to use the Air Horn and got abused from this idiot. I was riding down the road and there is a footpath on both sides of the road.

This idiot is walking down the middle of the road yakking on his mobile phone going the same way as me. He couldn't work out which lane he wanted to be in, so I had to use the air horn and scared the crap out of him.

After abusing me with the words "You shouldn't be on the footpath!" he suddenly realised where he was

Pity their wasn't a semi going down this road at the time, natural selection would have taken place.

I think I need to invest in an airhorn... I'd imagine you mount it in the bottle cage, with a cable trigger on the bars?

The air horn itself mounts on the handlebars and has a red lever for creating the noise. You can either mount the air tank in a water cage, or it comes with a couple of cable ties and you can strap it to the frame with it's felt cover around the bottle.

Mine ended up in the third cage so it's out of the way.
