I've got a used frame I picked up on hard rubbish collection day. You can have it really cheaply if you'd like it. You need to supply wheels, gearing, chain, metal bits, etc.
Would you believe people are throwing these things out all over the place? Talk about an epidemic of "upgradeitis"!
