I'm finding I have to keep my diet steady otherwise my stamina and body suffers.

Morning Glass of Juice / Breakfast Bar after I ride to work.

Lunch: Sandwich or pasta depends what sort of ride I do in the afternoon.

Tea: Vegies and chicken/steak / pasta (depends on what type of ride I have completed)

Inbetween I might have a coffee and I will drink watrer throughout the day. Possibly eat a bannana.

I try not to eat big meals at the end of the day, rather my lunch is my main meal as do my training rides straight after work, so I eat 4 hours prior to riding in the afternoon.

i knew it !!!

there had to be a reason i just LOVE kfc so much aside from the delicious taste.

i usually only have it though when i'm on the way home from the football. . and even then only when the bulldogs play here in perth. so that's twice a year at the most.

normally though i'll eat really well up to a point, home cooked meals, lots of vegetables. . but then i get to a point where i just pig out on bad stuff

i guess i can only be good for so long.
