WA 2007 Mountain Bike Orienteering

Does anyone on the forum do mountain bike orienteering?
This Sunday 29 April is first of 2007 series at Langford Park, Nettleton Road, Jarrahdale from 9.00am to 11.00pm.
I've never done it before, but interested. Hope the mountain biking isn't too hard core, just getting started!
