More "chick" than "chic" but hey, the tuxedo look never goes out of style:

He really likes bicycles:

He flew into the house, sat on my Orbea and then demanded that I go outside and dig in the garden thus stirring up invertebrates for him to nom (he has me well trained).

Seriously... Raleigh did this advert in 1979 somewhere in the world? Not the UK I can tell you now! It would have caused a massive backlash, even way back then... Must have been in Belgium...

I remember the trouble with the Muddy Fox adverts....

The Muddy Fox advert that caused all the fuss way back when in the UK...how times change.

Must admit, I always thought it was quite tasteful...

Going back a decade and the only thing that dates the image is the shoes. Not sure that I approve of the i-thing while riding but otherwise, well, chic

Well, I could do my own cycle chic (I'm in Darwin and it's The Dry, at least for a few more weeks) but I take terrible photos. And that's before we talk about getting Photo Release Forms signed.
So here's your Scott Schuman from the 9th of this month.

Milan 2010

He rattles on about the perfect blouse. I like the bike: sensible, real, day-to-day transport. Milan's flat so that one speed is enough.

One speed, fine. The bike, not good day to day transport for some of us. Give me a roadie or good MTB set up any day and that is my sensible, real transport. YMMV.

It amazes me the lack of knowledge of the post title of "chic" and yet the presentation of mainly chicks in the pics..... :)

Not that I don't like chic chicks.

I mean why do we not see a lot of recycled chicks if that is the real titles meaning.....Those three times married ought to have a few pics I would say. :)
