Despite the slow speeds, I think I'd wear a helmet

Don't understand how that dude goes over his bars near the end, it doesn't look like he's braking that hard??

In the US, left hand = front brake. Probably more focussed on getting the to the ball first and avoiding the head-on than what hi sbike was up to.

I think that was a pretty cool thing.

That guy was leaning pretty far forward to get to the ball first.

I would be wary though of people putting their sticks in my spokes...Cause that is what i would do

My only wonder is why it's taken so long for it to be invented and why it hasn't spread. What a great sport and if you do inside all those skate parks that are cropping up, it'd be much more interesting than just a flat surface.

Richard

but yeah, me being averse to self destruction, I'd be wearing a crash hat and knee pads and long fingered gloves and ...
I had a good bike ... so I fixed it

Why not just ride around in a cage?

Yeah, he was braking hard. Look how much his forks compress before he goes over. JR was right- North Americans have their brake levers bass-ackward: a fact you should remind them of when you lend your bike to one of them.

Cheers,
Graeme
