Knee pain

For glucosamine to work effectively it is best taken in a tablet which also has chondroitin in it. I take one by Enervite plus 2x Omega 3 tablets and 1 x multivitamin by Swisse.

I suffer a bit of arthritis in both knees from playing too much tennis at too high a grade at too high a weight on too hard a surface

After initally getting some pain from riding, stretching and improved position has eleviated riding pain and it is now just to old aches and pains, I'm only 37...
The older I get, the better I was...

MJF is on the money, the pain your describing is sounding alot like a tight ITB band,bit of a bugger to strech,the tight ITB band causes the patella to track laterally, causing pain in that area and under the patella itself,if you search around on the net you will find ways to stretch see how you go.
gotta stretch those legs.
