Well after looking for the 6666k club for hours i did get a ride in today, clocked 40km recovery ride from the loop the lake event on sunday.

Ok, well, I almost got organised to ride to work tomorrow but didn't

I had enough energy this morning to run 60 seconds, walk 90 seconds and repeat three times. I ran for 4 minutes!

Well, it means I am getting my energy back so no problems commuting again this week.

In the meantime of course that dratted red triangle is disappearing out of sight!

Seems that we have been 'borne again" so all our previous posts, read sins, have been put aside and now we can get on with some serious gauntlet slapping.
