Size chart appears to be different to the one listed on PBK link listed earlier, but I'd lend more credence to the Hincapie page.

That said, the sizes are Our apparel is designed for a slim, athletic fit unless stated otherwise ....

Yeah that is the sizing chart. But, sizing up is a good idea, if you are normally a medium it would be best to go for a large etc.

Also, just found out that XXL is available. The clothing is the BMC Team kit, it is made by Hincapie sports but it isn't technically 'Hincapie.' The 'official' Hincapie stuff costs a fair bit more.
