A question about WiggleHas anyone ever had a trouble with a delay of your order from Wiggle? Its been 13 days for me now. waiting for my new clipless pedals.

Re: A question about WiggleWell I wonder if the blame is all Wiggle's?
My last 3 international parcel deliveries have ended up at my local PO ready for pickup, supposedly they had tried to deliver but left no calling card that they did. I have also heard similar happening to family & friends as the AUS Parcel Post Couriers are all contractors & the word is they don't give a toss as long as they have tried they can take it to the nearest PO that handles parcel post. So I suggest you either contact Aussie Post / Parcel Post or alternatively go to your normal PO where missed delivery parcel get left, if you know which that is. All you need is your ID (drivers licence) the calling card just helps them if you have it. BTW eventually the PO will send a pickup parcel note in the normal post run as they can only hold the parcel for 2 weeks then it gets returned to sender. Usually they will send that note a few days before it has to be returned, given your (AT) 13 days then I would expect it's not far off this process.
Re: A question about Wiggle
Don't stress, it will arrive i am sure, i am waiting on a package ordered 25th July and still no sign of it.I have never had a package not show up yet .Tim
Re: A question about Wiggle13 days is normal, most of my wiggle stuff turns up on the 14th day.
No idea how people are getting there gear in 4-5 days like they say. I've also been noticing of late that they dont even bother dropping off parcels, they just leave a card. Why am I paying for a mail service only to go and get it my self!
Re: A question about Wigglei gave up waiting for my order (few months ago) to be processed after 6 days. I figure 6 days is plenty of time to process an order. Cancelled it, ordered locally. Received product (shoes) for 'a few' dollars more, but a good week earlier than I would have. Spending the few extra $'s is less annoying to me than the extra week it would've taken.
Re: A question about Wigglewaiting time normally 2 weeks, ordered quite a few times.
Re: A question about WiggleYour question isn't about wiggle - it's about delivery times. Wiggle use UK Royal Mail parcel post services,
which in turn uses Australia Post. Along the way, it has to clear customs in the UK and Australia. There is a host of way your parcel can be delayed - none of which are in Wiggle's control. If you're lucky, you can get it in 5 days or better. If you're unlucky, it could be a month. Wiggle's deliveries tend to arrive quicker than other UK bike shops - possibly because they have a better route to the airport hub. WombatK

Re: A question about WiggleI'm always amazed with wiggles delivery times. My last order was placed on a Friday and I received it on the following Monday!
Re: A question about Wiggle
Maybe your delivery defaulted to express service? I once paid for snail mail, but for some reason it got expressed to me in 2 working days.
Re: A question about Wigglemy last order took nearly 3 weeks. be patient
Re: A question about WiggleI live 100km's out of Melbourne and have never received a parcel in under 14 days (i've had about 4 orders I reckon in 12 months). I've tried express and standard delivery but it always takes 14-20 days. I don't mind, I've always spent over $88 (or whatever it is) and received free delivery.
I ride several bicycles, but not at once.
Re: A question about Wiggle

Re: A question about WiggleFinally got the order!! on the 14th day. hahaha
Re: A question about Wigglejust on a side note, On my last order they sent me a Durano tyre instead of an Ultremo among the other items. After a couple of emails it got too hard for them and they told me to keep the Durano and sent an Ultremo out as well. Gotta love that

Re: A question about WiggleOrdered my first products off wiggle this week. Ordered monday the 8th and received them yesterday the 11th. Pretty crazy when you consider that some stuff I ordered from torpedo7 the week before still hasn't arrived, and they're only in NSW. It might have got defaulted to express but I'm not sure. I know that I ordered enough of their stuff to qualify for free shipping o maybe they give priority to larger orders?
Re: A question about WiggleMoved to General Discussion where it is more suited.
