what stretching do you do?

I have been wondering how many bike riders stretch, and if they do stretch, is it before or/and after riding?

How much stretching is done ie just quads and hams? Or is more muscle groups involved.

My reasons for asking is that I haven't been stretching and want to know will it help my riding. :D

Whoops, I have just found a post asking this very question. Have to read it more to see if it covers types of streching. :oops:
