Apple - have you seen this from Breezer? It worked for me You have to put yesterday's ride in and let it update at midday if you haven't already. Good luck!Apple wrote:Ok why do I not have the green line. NOT happy Jan. I have done everyting and it is still not showing.Apple wrote:I have been deleted from Bike journal.

Both Strava and Bikejournal allow you to add rides manually so you can use them.ldrcycles wrote:No GPS so presumably i can't use Strava/bikejournal? Last year i wrote out all my rides by hand (until about May when i forgot a week or two and gave up) this year i'll get my very talented gf to make up a spreadsheet to make it simpler. So far i've had a very tough 83k ride today, and rode 10k to the shops late last night so i could say i rode on the first day of the year . If all goes according to plan, another 50k tomorrow.

Kilometers are kept to a minimum although the intensity is generally high or specific.
We need to start a power goal club for the year & some how link a green slide bar to WKO training peaks.
If you've not used or seen the WKO set up it logs your peak power over set durations. eg- 5 sec--1000w, 10 sec--800w, 20 minutes 250w. (not my actual figures, just an example)

Was a nice ride to. Smashed out a couple of KOMs coming home which meant I had to hobble up the steps to get in the house.Mugglechops wrote:First ride of the year this morning with norbs. 68kms down.

Anyway, started with a 30k on new year's day, 8k to a friend's place for a BBQ, then my commute to work today. Exciting.

Maybe one of the South Coast mountain goats can explain how to load the map without going to Garmin.
