Great comment. Don't forget that you lose salts when you sweat so it's good to drink the odd energy drink, juice, soft drink or whatever instead of plain water if you're really going for it. You can get emergency hydration tablets that are meant to be used with water for people with osmotic imbalances caused by over exertion - they basically contain a few salts.bychosis wrote:For any newbies reading this they are not hydration tablets, they are electrolyte replacement tablets.
