Left: sometimes a powerade bottle for longer rides where drink refills might not be available/GoPro related stuff (memory cards/batteries) and waterproof digital camera for the scenic rides all in the same bag/sunnies (clear and reflective - always wearing one of them) or usually empty
Middle: Phone, keys, money ($20 note and $5 in coins), GoCard, debit card, id card, headphones (only for circuit runs) all in a waterproof sealed bag with my emergency contact info and details on the outside
Right: 2 tubes, tyre levers and some snacks in a sealed glad wrap bag if its a longer ride.
No saddle bag and 2 drink bottle holders on the bike.
