Never good to hear about a cylist on car collission, especially when it involces "bruising and bleeding on the brain". I hope that turns out to be less serious than it sounds for Shane Sutton
It doesn't get easier, you just get slower

"The 32-year-old was struck on Crow Orchard Road in Wrightington, Lancashire, as a woman driving a white Vauxhall Astra van pulled out of a BP petrol station. She was heard to have said afterwards: ''I can't believe it. Of all the people to hit, bloody Bradley Wiggins.''

In Australia, both the driver and the cyclist would of been drug tested

You clearly didn't watch last year's TdF. That was a very US Postal like performance by Team Sky this year  I think Wiggins' shaving off his mutton chops doomed him to bad luck. Anyway, Wiggins is out of hospital and seems to be all ok apart from a dislocated finger (see link below).

What Shane's brother Gary was told :
"There were no scratches on his bike, and it was very, very lucky he had a helmet on. That was the information I was given."

Get well quick Shane. You're an exceptional talent.
