Apologies, you are correct.

SKM and (former) RTA estimated the cost of M2 to F3 link at $4.75 billion - less than half what I said.

So around $600million per km

the SKM consultant estimates that the road will cut 'up to' 15 minutes from travel times.

So, probably a bargain - perhaps we just keep building more motorways. they seemed to have solved most of Sydney's transport issues to date

True Strawburger. The spin by some cycling proponents are as bad as those in the anti camp. It's important to be objective and have honest data. Thanks for flagging it.
