Hmmm, 6 days later and I've got my mojo back.... 105.5 km at 26.5 kmh (into moderate/strong headwind) followed by 106.3 km at 31.5 kmh (mostly with the wind) Total 211.8 km at 29.0 kmh It's amazing just how good an extreme workout on the bike is for my lower back and right leg ITB issues - feeling really good on the day after - just a gentle little ride tonight.

The bl@@dy rain is not helping me in my quest....I get a good distance ahead of the target then it rains yet again! And the banter in this forum is overwhelming at times...we need a few more ladies to join

It seems to be a bit of a role reversal this summer with QLD & NSW getting the rain with Vic getting the sun. Bring on the Ladies I say

Amazing! Dimma, very lucky everyone stayed upright! I have always known a spinning bike wheel was dangerous but wouldn't have thought it could do that!! Andrew

Hoping to get a second 100 for the week on Thursday and then a 3rd 100 on Saturday. Definitely going into hibernation if I get it done though, work is going utterly crappy and I can't use the rides to get away from it all the time!

Negated by all the bike cleaning that you have been engaged in over the past few weeks! Enjoy the dry weather for the next couple of days

I've lost count already, my commuter is looking very shabby at the moment... Have spent more effort keeping the racing bike in good nick!

sounds like my week this. standard commute will give me about 220kms for the week. will do the riverloop tomorrow which will give me another ~30. the event is on sunday (coot-tha challenge). doing the 100km ride. be 20kms to the city and 20kms home. so will do ~390kms for the week

calling all epic monsters! Any ideas for preferred means to check your training??? Strava, Trainingpeaks, WKO+, trainerroad etc? Thinking that trainerroad looks to be the best way of moving forward if I want to do some indoor interval work ?
