Another UT Campag Crank to BB30 Question

I read that:
(i) Campag press fit cups into BB30 can cause issues for looseness and noise (without use of loctite, etc)
(ii) UT Campag crank can only fit into BB30 with either Campag pressed-in adapters or with BSA theaded adapter and campag threaded cups
I know many previous threads exist on the web about this topic, but would like a current viewpoint on this matter, and also which way I should go when fitting my SR11 Gruppo into my BB30 on my Oltre XR.
Thoughts?

Not sure from a Campag POV but I'm doing Shimano into BB30. Just waiting on the adapters. What I found is that most of the noise issues and problems for BB30 adapters were associated with early installations and adapter versions. Some research for me found Wheels Manufacturing's unit to be the most recommended adapter.
There should be similar info around for Campag adaptions.

Yes, I have also read that "Wheels Manufacturing's" unit is popular.
Do you know how this unit differs to others that make them betteR?

I'm guessing material and manufacturing tolerances is the answer. I've read about some brands to stay away from due to a sloppy fit requiring loctite, etc. Can't remember those brands as I was only really caring about what worked.
Time will tell if they are really as good as what they're made out to be, but I haven't found anyone unhappy with the 24mm adapters.

I used Campy press fit cups on my Bianchi Sempre BB30 with Chorus UT cranks. Creaked from day one, got tired of it and went down the Loctite path, have not had a single creak since. After doing some reading up on it, using Loctite was the easiest solution.
I blame Cannondale for creating and hyping up the BB30 pressfit system which is no better or robust than threaded cups.

Wheels manufacturing do make a decent set of adapters for the BB30 press fit bottom bracket.
Same as with the Shimano Hollowtech cranks.
Bearings press in to Delrin cups.
The Delrin cups then press in to the bottom bracket.
The adapter then presses in the bearings.
Any potential creaking used to be the Delrin cup in to the bottom bracket, and people used to epoxy the cups to the bottom bracket, but it's usually advised not to.

Why is the Wheels Manufacturing BB30 adaptor non-threaded and the campag adaptor is threaded?
Does it need to be threaded to fit the campy UT crankarm?
