I sat around and ate pizza for breakfast and managed to get up to a shade under 80. Did some regular exercise, and bam. Down to 72. I'm famous for eating half a block of chocolate every day at work, just to make sure I have enough carbs to ride home.

I could do that at 32 also. 10 years from now, you may find it doesn't work so well, i.e. the 1/2 block per day won't be so easy to remove. See what you have to look forward to?

Same...was 74kg when I left school, and nationally competitive in rowing.
Was never over 80kg until 37yo. peaked at 106kg, before diet and cycling got me back into the mid 80s.

Diet is always the critical factor though. I cycled 700km in a week 18 mths ago, and lost no weight whatsoever.
I did a 200km 3300m ride last Saturday..and lost nothing.
In 2012, I did around 13,500km, and lost no weight. At around 15Cals/km, that represented 202500Cals = 27kg of fat.

So don't ever rely on exercise alone to primarily cut fat.
