I was going to buy a fast, stylish bike, but I looked in the mirror & thought "you're not fooling anyone, you know"

Re: My Cancer RideKind of ironic now, that I did this ride because I have one of my mates that is in a real bad way with Prostate Cancer. He is currently back in hospital, after being at the Cancer Research Centre yesterday. They are starting another round of Chemo with some new drug trial, pretty much a last ditched effort to save him I think because he now has a tumor growing on his spine that will paralyze him.

Re: My Cancer RideSunshine Coast to Maryborough..WOW.. & that would have been on the old road..no verges! Impressive
Re: My Cancer RideYeah old road with the support car behind ( they wanted to be in front of us for the ride but I said nup behind us,don't want someone running into us)and Rocky to Mackay was the old road to with the Mt Range. We got into trouble here from the support crew because they couldn't keep up with us on the decent down to Sarina.
Thanks Apple. Foo I don't suffer fools easily and so long as you have done your best, you should have no regrets.
