Does anyone know of a roof mounted wheel carrier that will hold a lefty hub?

if you attach the Fork-Up to your bike, then you can mount your bike on any standard roof mount carrier.

Hi CLP, I have already bought one of those adapters.

I guess I didn't explain well enough what I was after.

I haven't seen an actual rack, but there is another adapter available (different to what you linked).

Again, I have one of these already.

I am not after a solution for putting my bike on the rack, I am after a wheel carrier, like in the link I posted, for a 29er lefty wheel.

I'm thinking that the unique design of the Lefty will make any such wheel carrier problematic.

Have you tried emailing Jon at Gripsport? He's pretty good at attacking odd problems from a different angle.

So you want a carrier where you don't need to take the front wheel off the bike?

There are plenty that do that and would fit a lefty. The ones with swing arms that hold the frame.

Maybe you need a different rack and leave the wheel on the bike? Could be a bit more expensive solution but something like the Yakima Frontloader should work. You could use it for just the wheel if you really wanted.

I have a good rack, that is fine for both my bikes, so I don't really feel the need to change it.

Skull, no offence, but it seems to me that you didn't read any of my posts, and just kept offering solutions that were irrelevant.
