Australian Cycling Records

Looking through various websites i've seen mention of Brisbane-Gold Coast, Sydney-Melbourne etc etc cycling records, but references to such records are scattered all over the place, is there any site that actually lists all of them? And further to that, is there an organization like the RRA in the UK or the UMCA in the USA which recognises/oversees record attempts?

Which then brings me to the question, if you wanted to set a road record in Australia, how would you have it certified? The Road Record Association in the UK only recognises records set on British roads, and the Ultramarathon Cycling Association in america doesn't allow distance records to be set point to point, and won't allow point to point records they don't already have on their register (which in australia is only Alice Springs to Ayers Rock, or Darwin to Adelaide).
