Can anyone recommend any good cycling blogs? The only one I know of is Cycling Tips.

is high quality content mostly on pro cycling and associated items
he lists a range of other blogs as well

much depends on what your interest is.
e.g. I have my own blog which is a lot of technical info on training and use of power meters
