I've just witnessed something that's beyond explanation.
Locked up at western sydney railway station was a very new looking and clean Klein Quantum with (cue spooky music) downtube shifters!
Seeing (what seems to me) this exotic frame, with quality components and those esoteric shifters at that place was like seeing a ship in the middle of the desert -- BSOs and rusty BMX bikes locked up with rustier chains is more typical fare for that spot.
Can someone tell me if I'm hallucinating or if I've seen something from another world (like the eastern suburbs) where such configurations are routine?
And if anyone knows the owner, perhaps you could ask them if they've been abducted by aliens recently?
