Anyone bought stuff from this lot? If so, what's their turnaround like, and wheelbuild?
Any probs not getting what you asked for?
Any experience with their warranty?

I think thats a company that RonK has utilised with an excellent outcome - do check with him first.
Also type it in the search engine to see what hits come up.

I had ProWheelBuilder build the wheels for my Sabbath Silk Route tourer.

They were quite accommodating even when I changed the rim specification after submitting my order. I though the price and the shipping cost were very reasonable, and there is a good selection of components to choose from.. When you use their custom wheelbuilding app a detailed order sheet is compiled which includes an estimate to deliver before you commit. The app is very helpful and gives strength ratings and recommendations for the rims, spokes, nipples, and spoke lacings, so you know exactly how the chosen components are likely to perform. It's the reason I selected them over

As for warranty, the wheels have performed fautlessly for over 5000km of loaded touring including on gravel surfaces that I had never anticipated riding when I ordered them, so I cannot comment about that.

I'd have no hesitation to use this company again.

thanks guys. yes I've had a good look at their wheel building app, and think it is pretty good. like the strength rating too. site could be tidied up a bit though. $150 for delivery seemed steep compared to $60 from China, but suppose the US isn't China.
