For people interested in some of the many ways government policy can affect bicycle useage.

The city of Boston is reducing the number of parking spaces mandated for housing as an indirect way to encourage use of public transport and bikes.

Transport problems are mainly a problem of inefficient use of real estate.
Nobody younger than <del>27</del> 28 has experienced a month cooler than the 20th century average.
