Postby Hitachis » Tue Jul 09, 2013 12:27 pm
A friend of a friend has a friend that does work for promoting apps somehow, anywho, he hit me up on this app
Map My Ride is normally $7.99, but its free today only.
No gimmick or scam, its just free...
https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/imap...292223170?mt=8
you can map your route/time/total distance/calories burnt ect. works like a computer...
Peace

Certainly not worth paying for. Deleted it long ago.

Apple had a free day for most of it's top apps. Celebrating being open 10 years or something. They are not saying anything however.

MapMyRide is free on Android.
MapMyRide+ is $1.09
So they are charging an extra $6.90 for the apple version?
Nuts.

Any advantages over Strava or RunKeeper, both of which are free and work well?

when everyone else is comparing strava segments and socially networking with strava you can be the black sheep, and say something like
"strava? oh, everyone uses that, i use mapmyride"
inflammatory statement or idea
